DONT DO IT. Horrible customer service. Purchased an order on March 2nd well over $200 as gifts for a few birthdays coming up. Received a confirmation of order along w money pulled that day of purchase. Next day received that the order was processed, along with a few emails from a “Jessica at truly” with coupons to make future purchases with. After the initial 5 business days they promise to ship the order, I reach out via email. No reply. Next day I called the number provided on the website, answer machine only. Let 3 days go by before sending another email which also got no reply. Let a following 5 days go by before my most recent call & email to which neither has been replied to. I made a comment regarding my experience on their Instagram to which they deleted ( along with the comments from others who had said the same regarding no update on shipping ) so I then commented about the fraudulent vibes the company is giving off, only for them to block me on ig ???? I’m now disputing the charge through my bank. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SHADY!

I love this company and all of their products they’re absolutely amazing I have a ton now and I cannot wait to get more I fully support this company and any issues that I have had with them they have quickly resolved in the best way possible they have great customer service and amazing products I’m talking about phenomenal face and skin care products it is amazing I would recommend this company and all their products to anyone

I should’ve read the reviews before i bought from them

I ordered a couple of things and the tracking on the truly website said delivered and it wasn’t there so i went on the usps website put in the tracking and said it didn’t exist! I contacted truly about it and have yet received a response. So unprofessional

If I could give a zero I would. I have been trying to contact this company for an order that I purchased 3 months ago. NO ONE answers. I have had to spam their Instagram account to get an answer!! That’s ridiculous!! They took my money and haven’t given me all of the products I’ve paid for. I’m through the roof mad. This company is ridiculous. AND they have a lawsuit against them because the products they are claiming are vegan actually aren’t. If you want to be robbed definitely buy from this brand because they know how to do it.

I'm from Italy and my package was sent…

I'm from Italy and my package was sent on April 12th and today, May 8th it hasn't arrived yet, apparently it is still in belgium, I tried to contact the customer service and all they could tell me that it is still in transit, I was super excited to try their products but now i'm really nervous as i spent more than 100 euros.
i think their products are cool but the shipping is totally disorganized, i don't think i will buy again

Missing Item from Order

I ordered two products and only received one. I tried to explain that to a customer service representative and no one has gotten back to me. On my account, it says the order was "fulfilled," but it wasn't since I'm missing a $20 item from my order. Do not order from this company. Their shipping takes 3 weeks and their customer service is basically non-existent. If you do want their products, Ulta sells some of them online and in-store.

1 star is generous

I love the products and they feel nice but don't seem to make any significant difference in anything. The customer service is among the worst I've ever dealt with and they never take any responsibility for shipping errors. All of their products come in very fragile glass jars which are inconvenient, unsanitary and very breakable. It's not easy to have 2 hands in the shower, wet trying to hold a jar with one hand, use the other hand double dipping to get product out and then try to figure how which full hand is going to get the lid back on. The lids rust in the shower and if you break it like I have it shatters glass everywhere in the bathroom while you're naked and barefoot. I've also received an order or shattered product's I've had to wait 2 months to get. " Due to covid" it takes forever to ship and receive your order although amazon and kohls get your order to you in reasonable timing. The products are nice mentally but not worth the stress or frustration of trying to purchase, receive and actually use. I wish it was all around better. 1 star is generous.

Scam and poorly run company. Disappointed.

So after reading all of these reviews I’m really wishing I hadn’t jumped on the excitement of this company. Ordered $250 back in March 17. I was accepted into the Ambassador program with the intentions of promoting the skin care journey on my socials. Had no updates for processing or shipping since then. I was able to get a response from the customer service team through email, Instagram, and their chat on the site. Each time I was given a different reason for the delay and promised that my package would be shipping shortly. Still on April 5, has not shipped, still no response. Overall I’m very disappointed. I’m going to be calling my bank to dispute the charge and telling everyone about this unfortunate experience instead.

Terribly Disappointed. Charged for unreceived order and difficult to get ahold of!

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Truly Beauty. I spent a large chunk of money on some beauty products almost a month ago. I never received my order. I sent multiple emails inquiring about the whereabouts of my order. I was sent tracking information that said out for delivery/delivered, but never received it. I took matters into my own hands and went to the post office today where I was told my order was sent back to them. So, I never got my items and I still have a large charge on my debit card. I have been trying to contact them about whether they will refund me or resend my order, and won't get a reply. Very frustrating. 0/5 stars from me.

I placed my order well over a month ago…

I placed my order well over a month ago now. I have tried to call their customer service line several times (probably more than 10) at all different times of day and no one ever answers, you can only leave a message. Since the first 2 messages went unanswered I did not see the point in leaving more. The first two emails were also ignored but finally email communication began flowing but only after I threatened BBB and social media action. They never shipped my order, they created a label that created a tracking number but then the package never left their facility. after countless emails they finally agreed to re-ship my package but would not agree to expedite it. They said it was subject to the same 2-3 week terms as the original. So I still have no package and no new tracking number for an order that was placed well over 30 days ago for almost $200. The professionalism and customer service at this company is by far the worst. I do no recommend anyone order anything from them ever, I certainly wont again!

Horrible customer service. Too expensive

Horrible customer service. I got ready to pay. I was not given an amount for shipping, I assumed it would be around 4 pounds. The shipment price was more than the actual product I wasted my money, I tried to contact them for a refund but my calls were unanswered. I've emailed multiple times and haven't received a response. I wish I listened to the reviews. The price was too high and I was duped. Trust the reviews. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I am incredibly frustrated

I am incredibly frustrated! I placed a large order on March 6 as a gift for my daughter. I haven't received the order or an update on its status. Worse, I have tried every possible way to contact the company (phone, email, chatbot) with no response AT ALL! The only thing left is to request a hold on payment from my credit card company and explain to my 14 year old why she's not getting the gift she was so excited about.
